Day 12: UENO & ASAKUSA & ODAIBA

Due to we woke up very late we could not go to Ueno Zoo as our plan. Today we travelled separately, Nat and I, Poom and Sung, Pae and Sunchai due to it was almost the last day in Japan whereas each of us desired to travel different places. Nat and I planned to go to Ueno Zoo, the famous zoo of Tokyo but it was too late to visit zoo, searching for souvenir and meeting our companion at 5.30pm for Odaiba trip.

So instead of Zoo, we wandered around Ueno Park that was full of not bloomed Sakura tree. A few days after this, Sakura was going to bloom, absolutely I couldn’t see them (Hanami).

Good souvenir in Ueno couldn’t be found, there were lots of fashioned stores and restaurant. So many people came for shopping here. It was late , the appointed time was coming, we decided to go to Asakusa and we got satisfied souvenirs there.

Odaiba in night time was excellent as hearsay expecially Rainbow Bridge that connecting Odaiba and Shibaura in 918m long. Tokyo Metro Subway pass did not include transportation to Odaiba, we had to take on Yurikamone line (round trip 720 yen). It was such a beautiful scene.
